DURMA TAKEN R&D CENTER CERTIFICATE FROM THE PRIMEMINISTER

Officially launchment done on 21.01.2010, Durma R&D Centre has been operated for 1 year and awarded with R&D Centre Certificate by Government of Turkey.

While the ceremony organised, Turkey Prime Minister Mr Erdogan has handed over the “ R&D Centre Certificate“ to Durma President Mr.Durmaz. As the first and the only R&D Centre in Turkish Machine Tool Industry, Durma employs 56 personnel on 2700m ² footprint consists of offices, laboratories and application rooms.

Durma engineers continue their research and development activities on mechanical systems, electronics and mechatronics as well as software in order to design new Technologies on Durma products. This is as a future commitment of Durma ; works future trends evaluation and creates future Technologies from now.

Durma proudly launches its new Press Brake AD SERVO that increases your competitive forces and save the world by its low consumption and low hydraulic oil usage as well as silence.

The machine offers :

Durma presents new developments at EuroBLECH was the focus of the global sheet metal working industry for its role as the world’s leading trade exhibition and trend barometer for this industry sector.

Robotised AD Servo Press Brake, New Press Brake AD-R, Durma D-Touch-7 Touch Screen control unit, PL-C 1530 Plasma cutting machine with Tube cutting 3D Head attachment and MULTI –P 80 Triable head CNC Punching was the new developments of Durma as well as current high tech products like HD-L 3015 Laser Cutting, TP 63 Turret Punch with Loading Unloading, Plate Roll Bending, Bandsaws and Ironworkers.

Durma adds new references to the companies worldwide produce lightening poles and towers. Recently AD-S T 802000 Tandem ( 16 meter 4000 ton), AD-S 912000 Tandem ( 18 meter 2000 ton) both with sheet loading and pole retraction system along with full automation front feeding systems.

Before the bending 4 units of Plasma includes PL 50370 ( 5 meter x 37 meter )Plasma Cutting machine with 5 axes cutting head and loading and unloading system cuts the thick and large sheets suitable for lightening pole bending and fully automated system loads the work piece to the press brake.

Full system also consists of MULTI-P 80 Line machine for hole punching with its triable head selection. The machine also acquires automatic loading and unloading system before the bending.

As a result , Durma design and produce machines and more than a machine as whole system for pole and tower production key turn solutions. Whole system has been also successfully delivered and logistics activities are managed by Durma by 92 containers delivery to the America continent.

PARLIAMENT AWARD TO DURMAZLAR

The Superior Service Awards of TBMM (Turkish Parliament) organized for the fourth time; have found its owners on 13 July 2009. For the first time a company in Bursa deserved this award which is given to a person or an association that contributes to the society to live in higher prosperity and have better educational opportunities.

Fatma Durmaz Yılbirlik (General Manager & Vice President) states that they are very proud and happy to be awarded by the parliament.

Till today, DURMAZLAR Makine built Ali Durmaz High School, Ali Durmaz Gymnasium and Stadium, Zeki Müren Arts School, Uludağ University Ali Durmaz Mechanical Engineering Faculty and still working on the Ali Durmaz Technical College Project. Fatma Durmaz Yılbirlik states that aiming to educate qualified personnel with the project indicates that production of good quality and better planning is a must for a more successful future.

In order to obtain well educated, wide vision and devoted staff to the community DURMAZLAR Makine is giving out ‘Education Scholarship’ for its employees’ children.
